    One Year Married

    Deej and I celebrated our first year anniversary last October 25, 2015. Yes, it’s already been a year! :) We didn’t have a special trip planned, which is very unlikely of us, because I was 29 weeks pregnant at that time (and would really just rather stay at home) but we both agreed we shouldn’t spend our day very mundanely just like any other day, so we booked a nice but affordable hotel and spent the weekend in Tagaytay where we got married a year ago.     Two for the Road!

    That’s the “catchphrase” I was hoping would stick when people think about me, my husband (Wow! I’m a wife now!), and our wedding last October 25.     Crossing Over

    It’s happening all at once. Preparing for a wedding that’s happening 3 days from now, finalizing hotel accommodations, packing for a 10-day trip to a country that requires more than one layer of clothing, still learning the ropes at my new job and trying to prove my worth, moving from an old office building to a new one, getting ready to move out of my home for 5 years, and anticipating a big move to another house located in a different and unfamiliar city.
